Rose Hill Center, located in Holly, Michigan, has an opening for a House Coordinator. This position functions within our adult foster care licensed homes as a member of the clinical team and provides supervision to the residents within a mental health residential rehabilitation setting.

The Rose Hill House Coordinator role has a fixed schedule of Tuesday - Saturday from 4 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising the completion of all documentation daily;
• Assist in training and acclimating team support specialists in their duties;
• Provide support and supervision of team support specialists in their duties during each shift;
• Maintaining the medication cart to make sure items that are needed are available;
• Checking physician orders;
• Facilitate safety drills as required;
• Completion of all safety logs and other documentation to meet compliance;
• Attend resident and staff meetings as required and delegated;
• Ensure safety of residents, buildings and grounds.

• No physical ADL care is required in this role.

Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in a home setting for adults with a mental illness;
• Valid driver's license required;
• Drug screen and background check will be conducted.

Job Type: Full-time
