CLEAN FREAKS WANTED!
Do you love to clean and have been referred by friends and family as a "clean freak" or OCD? Are you looking for part-time employment that allows you to earn extra money while enabling you to work around your "real life"? You will be cleaning homes located in Plymouth, Canton, Northville, Novi, Livonia, Farmington Hills, Ann Arbor and other surrounding areas, working 2-5 days/week earning $17.50 - $23/hour plus tips.
What you can expect from us:

• Cleaning hours on the days YOU are available to clean
• No experience necessary - we provide extensive training, all supplies and equipment
• Great for students, parents, etc as we can work around your schedule with shifts between 3 - 8 hours daily
• You'll regularly clean for the same great clients who appreciate your hard work (and often tip!)
• We will be clear with you about our expectations and will treat you with respect and kindness
• We will never require our cleaners to work nights, weekends or on major holidays, though extra hours may be available at those times.

Job Description: A house cleaner with our company will be cleaning homes on a regular basis. They will be expected to be prompt, trustworthy, respectful and thorough. This job requires self-motivation and personal responsibility. Many clients will be repeat clients; cleaners will be expected to form trusting relationships with homeowners and their families. It is expected that our cleaners clean to our high quality expectations using provided supplies and processes with provided training.Compensation

: $17.50 - $23/hour plus tipsHours: 2-5 days per week, Monday - Friday, 3-8 hours/day, all based on your availability!Location: Office is located in Plymouth, MI - Client homes will be in surrounding areas: Livonia, Northville, Novi, Farmington Hills, Plymouth, Canton, Ann Arbor

Requirements:

• Experience in a paid housekeeping job is preferred but not required
• Employees must by 18 years or older, eligible to work in the U.S., pass a background check and drug screening
• Must have a reliable and insured vehicle, valid driver's license and pass a DMV check
• Reliable attendance and punctuality a must
• Ability to meet all physical expectations of house cleaning to include: vacuuming, mopping, bending, scrubbing and lifting up to 20 pounds
• Suitable appearance and clothing
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, coworkers and supervisors with English language proficiency
• Strong attention to detail
• Employees should have a mobile phone with texting capability, the ability to receive emails and attachments and capability of finding cleaning locations via online or mobile mapping
• Must be able to tolerate working around homeowner's pets
