Starting pay rate: $19 / hour - Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it.
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus (Sign-on Bonus only applies for new hires and rehires that have not been employed with Westgate within one year of their termination date.)

As a Front Desk Agent, you will efficiently check guests into and out of the resort by performing the following duties, in addition to offering impeccable customer service.
- Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests, issuing room keys
- Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts.
- Computes bills, collects payments, and makes changes for guests.
- Ability to listen to and find solutions for guests’ challenges
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent customer service skills
Requirements:
- Must be able to standMust be to lift up to 15lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
