Nashville's famous Maxwell House Hotel has an amazing opportunity in our F&B division for an awesome, upbeat and positive F&B Manager to join our team at the friendliest hotel in Nashville. This unique position is responsible for all of the Maxwell House food and beverage operations, which includes all catering, restaurant, and beverage ops. As an F&B Manager with us, you will oversee guest and team member satisfaction, while maintaining standards, and meeting or exceeding financial goals.

The best candidates for this role will be able to demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in all areas regarding food and beverage, and also develop and implement business plans for the rejuvenation and expansion of our food and beverage division.

Responsibilities

• Developing and Maintaining Budgets
• Leading an Awesome Food and Beverage Team
• Oversees all culinary, restaurant, and beverage
• Provides excellent customer service to all employees
• Provides a learning atmosphere with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
• Responds quickly and proactively to guest's concerns
• Sets service expectations for all guests internally and externally
• Ensures all banquet functions are up to standard and exceed guest's expectations
• Provides guidance and direction
• Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems
