Position Summary: Assist the DMin team as they host Doctor of Ministry Students during short-term residencies, beginning in January 2022.

Essential Functions

Develop a caring relationship with DMin students out of the classroom:

• Orient Doctor of Ministry students to campus and their accommodations. This includes providing transportation to and from the airport and meeting their needs on arrival.
• Set up and tear down snack stations (morning and afternoon), as well as tables/chairs.
• Set up buffet-style food service for lunches and dinners provided during the residency.

• Assist students on shopping trips for supplies, as needed.
• Accompany the group on full or half-day trips as needed, providing transportation and enhancing the community experience for students;

Other Responsibilities:

Airport Pickup and Drop Off (early mornings required occasionally)

General student and office support

• Attend training events for Lasting Impression Team Members
• Communicate promptly with Lasting Impression Team Leader regarding availability

• The flexibility of assigned duties as necessary for the completion of the tasks at hand

Tools & Equipment

• Fax machine, photocopier, phone/voicemail, computer, and Microsoft Office applications

Education/Certification/Training/Experience

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Evidence of the gift of hospitality

• Knowledge of standard office policies and procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Four-year degree required; OR
• Any equivalent combination of experience, training, and/or education approved by Human Resources

Hours: Approximately 10-15 hours per week during the busy seasons (January, May, July, August, September, October). Schedule varies throughout the year, with early morning, weekend, and evening needs
