Home Care Scheduler for in home hourly caregiving services

Private Duty Home Care Agency

C&S Healthcare is seeking a compassionate individual with excellent communication and organization skills. This position requires experience in scheduling and coordinating our caregivers schedules for our clients. Experience in caregiving is a must as you might need to fill in for the caregiver at times.

The Home Care Scheduler is responsible for scheduling our caregivers and staffing shifts for in home care for multiple clients at different times, recruiting candidates and employee retention. The Home Care Scheduler is a key figure in the Agency that communicates directly with the care team in the elder's home. The Home Care Scheduler must be trustworthy, honest, caring and a team player.

Other duties include, maintaining daily staffing schedules, able to work under pressure, communicating with employees and clients, recruiting new employees, accurately inputting client data, answering phones and managing multiple tasks. The Home Care Scheduler must have the experience to sit with the client until their caregiver arrives in emergency cases. The Home Care Scheduler must be proficient in scheduling, knowledgeable of HIPAA and client confidentiality regulations.

This is a full time job requiring a full time commitment.

Must have at least 1-year home care and facility staffing/scheduling experience. On-call pay, salary commensurate with experience.
