We are seeking dedicated and energetic candidates for our Home Care Aide positions. Our aides provide non-medical assistance for housekeeping, meal preparation, and running errands. The ideal candidates will be hardworking and willing to accept specific job duties and adhere to a schedule. The rewards of the job are both personal and professional.

Short-term employment for students is available. Flexible with college schedules!

Responsibilities:

*Provide basic personal care tasks; assist with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, and eating; helping patients in and out of bed.

* Running errands, shopping for groceries and taking clients to appointments.

* Assist with light household chores such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, doing dishes, changing bed sheets, laundry and making beds.

* Provide companionship and conversation or games to stimulate memory.

* Help clients with medication reminders.

* Monitor and report changes in the client's condition

* Follow the Agency's Policy and Procedures

Qualifications:

* Must have current HCA or NAC credentials or be willing to go through the training

* Reliable transportation, valid Washington driver's license, insurance in your name, and meet our liability standards

* At least 18 years of age

* Able to pass a nationwide criminal background check, fingerprint check, and other pre-employment checks

* Positive and patient demeanor

* Ability to build trustworthy relationships with clients

* Ability to handle physical workload

* Eligible to work in the USA
