We are hosting on-site interviews at our Rogers location in the Minneapolis Region!

Where: Mister Car Wash - Rogers (21421 S DIAMOND LAKE RD ROGERS, MN 55374)

When: Tuesday through Friday, May 16th - May 19th from 11am-3pm

We are looking for Customer Service focused team members for our Guest Service Specialist Role ($17+ Tips). (Must Be 18 or Older)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Work with an amazing team in a fun environment while rotating among different areas throughout the day.
• Build trusting relationships with customers and recommend products and services that best meet their needs.
• Create “Wow” moments for our customers by showing your commitment to outstanding service and hospitality in every interaction.
• Safely and politely direct customers into the car wash tunnel.
• Help maintain the location’s appearance and cleanliness.
• Follow all Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills.
• The ability to connect with customers.
• Attention to detail and pride in your work.
• High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude.
• The ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
