Position Purpose:
Assist with trim coordinator duties as needed. Assist partners on the line when free time presents itself. Accurately allocates product to production orders. Assist with consolidation of product and materials. Maintain high standard of housekeeping throughout the line. Facilitate timely changeovers by practicing forward thinking, follow and maintain all related PCP’s. Other duties may be assigned. Must be able to fulfill all essential functions, non-essential functions, testing, skills, physical demands, experience, and progressive requirements to the keep position. Work with Leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety. Understand and execute standard operating procedures relative to position. Perform all PCP and CCP checks required for position. Follow reaction plan for Food Safety, Food Quality and customer requirement outages and by contacting TA/TL.

Essential Functions:
Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices and good housekeeping guidelines. Must follow safety guidelines, wear designated Personal Protective Equipment, and meet OSHA safety requirements.
Must be able to identify and understand customer requirements. Must be able to read and under stand production orders.
Run breaks for self and others on the line to ensure production needs are met.
Must learn and be able to act in all positions on the line.
Assist with consolidation of product and materials and trim coordinator duties as needed.
Empty cardboard and trash containers and maintain housekeeping and supply levels.
Assist in color, size and style changes, remove product, empty trays and tubs and assist in cleanup of equipment.
Maintain Process Control Points of all positions worked, record data accordingly.

Work to correct unsafe conditions.
Work to correct unsanitary conditions.
Continue to improve productivity, raw material waste, and service (TQC2).
NOTE: If you change shift or department you will need to reschedule your vacation accordingly.
