Chapman Law Group, a growing multi-state healthcare law firm has an opening for a regulatory attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to handle administrative law issues, healthcare litigation, and professional licensing. Courtroom experience a must. The successful candidate must have a demonstrated ability to independently handle a significant case load and strategically plan successful strategies for our client’s success. Knowledge and experience with peer review, credentialing, and/or federal administrative procedures related to health care is a major plus. The primary workload of this attorney will be representing health care providers with administrative licensing issues and appeals. Additional credentialing or peer review matters may be assigned as competency is demonstrated. The successful candidate must be able to build on this reputation and legacy.
