Job description
1. MISSION:
To implement the OHSE Management system (local and corporate), and to collaborate with the OHSE Manager in achieving objectives.
2. GENERAL FUNCTIONS:
**The tasks described below will be totally or partially requested, depending on the scope of responsibility.
· Assisting with the application of Corporate OHSE Management System procedures and instructions.
· Assisting with the identification of hazards: to control them at the source, prioritizing those that could potentially cause incidents.
· Analyzing or evaluating new and existing jobs, processes, products, or other systems, to assist with determining the existence, severity, probability, and outcome of hazards.
· Assisting with the ergonomic assessments.
· Compile data and conduct initial investigations for incidents and accidents: assisting to conduct 5 WHYs root-cause analysis and propose corrective measures together with the section manager and follow up. Update Incidents investigation Data Base.
· Conduct Orientation with newcomers and other required training's.
· Participate in internal, legal and certification audits.
· Assisting with the Safety Walks on daily basis and Inspections as needed.
· Assisting with the Corporate reporting on a monthly basis.
· Filing Workers Comp claims and follow up.
· Assisting with First Aid if needed as well as blood pressure checks, COVID test...
· Conducting drug screening with the new hires and reasonable suspicion.
· Completing OSHA Record keeping Forms 300, 300A, and 301.
· Knowing Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices.
· Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
