Job description
About Medley
Medley harnesses the power of small groups to help people grow, on a mission to make small groups part of cultural vocabulary. We aim to host 1 million Medleys over the next 10 years - increasing self-awareness, impact, and empathy in the world on a broad scale.
Everyone is on a journey, but that journey shouldn't be solo. We've created a space for emerging leaders to journey with others and invest in their personal and professional growth. Our platform includes personalized group coaching programs, high-quality content, and access to a community of other life-long learners. After hosting hundreds of groups, we've codified our methodology and are building technology to enable scale, access, and personalization.
Joining Medley presents an opportunity to join a category-defining business backed by leading investors at an early stage. Founded by a mother-daughter team with deep expertise, Medley is backed by world-class venture investors and angels including Andreessen Horowitz, Aglaé Ventures, Foundation Capital, Jen Rubio, Tim Armstrong, Ciara Wilson, Chris Altchek, and Dara Treseder. We are headquartered in NYC.

- Evaluate, update and create curriculum on a regular basis and where necessary, partner with our coaches to create new session content

- Strong written and verbal communication skills — you know how to thoughtfully communicate internally and externally across different mediums (email, Zoom, Slack, phone, etc.)
- Comfortable presenting to different audiences (members, potential B2B clients)
- Data driven
- Passionate about Medley's mission and the future of transformational group experiences
- Preferred: Highly networked in the coaching industry
