We are currently seeking 1 full Janitorial Supervisor to join our team! This position has work hours that vary Monday-Friday between a start time of 2PM-4PM and an end time of 10PM-2AM and requires rotating weekend (every three weekends). Flexibility as a Supervisor is CRITICAL! Hard working applicants should have 1 or more years of experience in cleaning and a minimum of 2 years supervisory/management experience. Applicants must have personal reliable transportation and be able to pass a criminal background check. Wage is dependent upon experience and ability.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (with every third weeknd availability)

Shift:

Tpyically 4PM -12 AM with flexibility of start time and/or end time

Company Vehicle will be provided from our office.

Job Duties:

• Must be a quick thinker and able to keep up with a fast-paced work environment
• Direct and motivate subordinates and be held responsible for their work
• Direct, discipline and recommend termination of employees as needed
• Implement training and orientation with new employees
• Prepare and conduct performance reviews
• Must be willing to learn and use technology. We use an app to manage work and staff in the field as well as Microsoft Teams.
• Have an eye for detail and able to perform quality control inspections
• Ability or willingness to learn up-selling to our clients
• Work with the Operations Manager to assist in developing and implementing custodial cleaning procedures, routines, and training as necessary
• Must have experience in problem solving to be able to professionally represent the company in interactions with the client, facility guests, employees, and others
• Ability to work with a variety of personalities
• Fill-in for shifts (Cleaning Buildings)
• Assist the Operations Manager in all duties as assigned
• Floor Care Experience is a plus
• Additionally, applicants must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and be able to lift/pull up to 50lbs at a time.

• Ability to lift/pull heavy items up to 50 lbs
• Ability to use buffing machines
• Ability to use strip and wax machines
