NursePortal is a dynamic and growing healthcare company. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an HCA REP. We're looking for someone who is passionate about the healthcare industry, dedicated to helping HCA’s achieve their career goals, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced and competitive environment. You will be in charge of a set number of healthcare associates and will act as their career representation. Think of your HCA’s as celebrities and you are their agent. You will help manage the day to day careers of per diem, travel, and contract HCAs. They will be your team and you will be compensated based on a percentage of revenue generated by your team. This would be a great opportunity for someone with experience as a staffing coordinator, recruiter, or Nurse.

As an HCA REP - You Will:

  • Provide guidance and assist your HEALTHCARE ASSOCIATE CLIENTS with every aspect of their careers. From daily shift verification to presenting new work opportunities.
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial situation to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on facilities, shifts, contracts, credentials, licenses and related matters.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate salary ranges
  • Promote your HCA clients through email marketing, phone calls and networking.
  • Remain knowledgeable about your market, pay rates, competitors rates, and the overall nursing environment.
  • Build and manage a roster of clients in the healthcare industry, including RNs, LPNs, CMTs, and CNAs.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for clients to advance their careers, including securing shifts, negotiating contracts, and securing career opportunities.
  • Provide career guidance and strategic advice to clients to help them navigate the industry and achieve their career goals
  • Collaborate with other advisors and agency staff to support the success of the firm and its clients, including attending industry events and maintaining relationships with industry professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that clients are positioned for success
  • Negotiate contracts and deals on behalf of clients, travel contracts, per diem,, and long term contracts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with staffing coordinators, administrators, and other industry professionals to create opportunities for clients
  • Manage client schedules and communicate with clients regularly to ensure that they are aware of upcoming shifts and other opportunities.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $36,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
