The Guest Services Rep is intended to be a flexible role that can provide coverage for a variety of non-clinical needs at Mayo Clinic Health System-SWWI. Job-specific training will be provided by the work unit to which the Guest Services Rep is assigned. Duties may include: Equipment and supply stocking, patient transportation, meal delivery, assisting with patient check-in, answering patient phone inquiries, environmental services tasks, etc.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
