A Guest Services Concierge job in Woodinville, WA is available at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE). This role will serve as an ambassador of SMWE by providing exceptional reception service and creating a welcoming, memorable experience to Ste. Michelle business clients and guests both in person and over the phone.
This is a full-time position, with ability to provide additional coverage as needed.

Guest Services Concierge job responsibilities include:
- Greeting and guiding guests in the Main Lobby
- Facilitating and processing pick up orders for club members and e-comm including supporting curbside pick-up services
- Answering, screening, and directing calls while providing facility information and general assistance
- General administrative and clerical support
- Provide support on in putting of Vintage Reserve Club applications and sample sheets
Position Requirements:
- Must be 21+ years old
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years customer service or reception experience
- Experience with a multi-line switchboard preferred
- Must be enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills, enjoy working with people and possess a friendly, outgoing, and positive personality
- Strong verbal/written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively in a polished, professional, and friendly manner
- Must have ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and adapt and show flexibility to changing job requirements
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office, experience with Outlook and Reserve Interactive desirable
- Ability to work independently and productively
- History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Your Compensation:
$18.79 - $24.42 per hour based upon relevant experience.
