Job Description
Represents the Blackwell Inn with gracious, prompt, courteous and professional interactions as primary point of contact with guests and staff; welcomes guests; facilitates check-in and check-out process; facilitates transactions and assists with change handling and accounting process; responds to guest needs and requests; answers telephone and communicates information to guests and staff; assists with special projects; works with the Blackwell management to maintain the highest levels of guest service. The Blackwell Inn is a 24/7 operation, work hours vary and include evenings, weekends and holidays.
Minimum Education Required
Per Classified Civil Svc Specs. High School diploma or GED. 0 years of relevant experience required. 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Additional Education Desired
2-Year College Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated success in achieving service goals in hotel or customer service environment. Hotel guest service experience; matriculating toward an Associates or Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a similar customer service degree.
