JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa is seeking enthusiastic and customer service-oriented individuals for Full Time Outside Service Attendant positions. Do you have a great attitude and work ethic? If you do, you are the kind of person that we are looking for!

The duties of an Outside Service Attendant include staging golf carts, maintaining the bag room & cart barn, plus monitoring cart supplies. As the golfers return after play, they are greeted, the carts and clubs are cleaned and returned to the cart barn for storage. The range duties include picking the range and maintaining the short game practice area, cleaning the range balls through the automatic ball cleaner, range set-up and breakdown. Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time. Must be a team player who can communicate effectively with guests and fellow staff members.

Weekday, weeknight and weekend shifts are available starting immediately. Must be dependable, energetic and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required. Prior golf course experience is helpful, but not necessary.

The pay for Outside Services Attendant is $12.00 per hour, plus a portion of the daily gratuity pool and other benefits such as golf shop discounts, playing privileges and complimentary breakfast/lunch.

Outside Services Job Education and Experience Responsibilities:

• Outgoing / service-oriented personality.
• Previous experience as a:
  • Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Restaurant, Customer Service, Golf Shop, Landscaping, Retail, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, Outdoors, Recreational
• Physically capable of carrying two golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each.

• Cheerfully interact and deliver world class customer service.
• Details golf carts.
• Assist guests and members with golf bags.
• Range duties as needed.
