Summary: Performs landscaping and maintenance duties on the golf course and clubhouse grounds, including but not limited to mowing, edging, weed eating, debris clean up and other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Mow grass, prune and trim shrubs and small trees, and apply mulch utilizing appropriate equipment;

● Setup golf course for daily play consisting of but not limited to checking moisture, changing cups, and blowing debris;

● Assist with removal and disposal of trash and debris;

● Weed and maintain beds and other landscaping;

● Operate a tractor, loader, and other departmental vehicles as needed; ● Maintain driveways and parking lots around clubhouse;

● Maintain professional and appropriate relations with all community members at all times;

● Report unsafe conditions or suspicious activity as necessary to superintendent;

● Practice safe work practices and energy conservation at all times;

● Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions/Physical Activity: Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds; includes exposure to dirt, dust and other allergens. This is an outdoor job and must be able to work in variable weather conditions.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
