Job description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to assist our team with the installation of generators. The successful candidate will be responsible for digging trenches, pulling wires, and providing support to the installation team to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of generators in various locations as directed by the installation team leader.
• Dig trenches for cable runs and conduit as needed, ensuring proper depth and alignment.
• Pull wires through conduit, attaching and securing cables as directed by the installation team leader.
• Assist with the installation of control panels and other equipment.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations in the installation process.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a construction or installation-related field is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in tight spaces and at heights up to 20 feet.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time.
