Requirements

• Prior Brand experience strongly preferred
• The ability to hire, train and motivated a team to achieve the highest level of guest service and overall employee retention
• Develop and execute the hotels strategic marking plan in coordination with the hotels Sales Manager
• Lead and participate in an active sales effort
• Create and execute the hotel annual operating budget
• Possess the ability to manage both the top and bottom lines to ensure profit margins are realized
• Have a strong command of P&L management
• Forecasting and STR analysis
• Experience in managing all disciplines of the hotel including sales, front office, housekeeping and maintenance preferred
