If you're looking to get into the construction field but have little or no heavy civil experience, you're in the right place. We work with big equipment on interesting job sites and would be interested in talking to you if you like working with your hands, have a strong work ethic, and want to learn about heavy civil construction.
We specialize in earthwork and utility construction and take on some fun and unique projects. Our work includes earthmoving, road construction, flood repair, culvert rehab, dam work, and more. Most of our jobs are along the front range but some take our crews to more remote and scenic areas of Colorado, so if you love being outdoors, this job could be a great fit for you.
There is no experience required for this position but you must have a can-do attitude because the General Construction Laborer position provides labor support for all aspects of our projects. This is physically demanding work and has advancement potential for employees that understand the work, practice safety on the job, and contribute to the team and the projects they work on.
