Online Outpatient Addiction Therapist position available. Training in EMDR / Somatic Experiencing Preferred.

We are currently offering a sign-on bonus for full time therapist of: $750.00 after 90 days and $750.00 after 180 days for a total sign-on bonus of $1,500.00. We also offer Primary Care Medical coverage for our employees who work a minimum of 20 hours per week AT NO COST TO THE EMPLOYEE.

We would like to add another member to our team of committed and enthusiastic helping professionals. We operate an AHCCCS-based drug and alcohol program out of several locations in Prescott and Prescott Valley,

Our company was founded and lead by a team of people who have multiple years of personal recovery and business operation experience. Recovery is more than a job here - it’s a passion!

The majority of our clients voluntarily admit themselves to our center. Our program lasts 60-90 days and this is usually not their first experience with alcohol/drug treatment. We offer a full spectrum of recovery - from inpatient to sober living, to full out-patient services.

This position involves working remotely with our clients after they leave treatment. You'll reach out to clients and to schedule (and frequently re-schedule) sessions via zoom on a weekly basis.

This position is salaried and the hours are completely flexible. In additions to staff meetings and supervisions, you're responsible for 25 hours of documented clinical work per week and will receive a small bonus if you eclipse that hourly requirement.

This is a very rewarding position. We have a long list of previous clients (walking testimonials) who, with the help of our clinicians, have made it safely back into the world, clean and sober, after years of fighting addiction.

This is a family-style work environment: The administrative staff, residential personnel, clinicians and medical personnel all meet and communicate regularly about each and every client's treatment plan so we may provide the most comprehensive rehabilitation experience possible for our clients.

Because we believe that expertise in trauma resolution is essential for the treatment of addiction, we are looking for EMDR or Somatic Experiencing training, though it's not required. We do offer some financial assistance for clinicians looking to take this training.

The right candidate will have a passion for addiction treatment, have an interest in helping those who are economically disadvantaged, and be willing to learn.

Our company is currently expanding, so this is a fast-paced position with room to grow for the right candidate. Below is a brief description of the skills/knowledge we are looking for:

Requirements for this position:

• Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Health Field, License Eligible
• EMDR or SE certification a strong plus!
• Ability to type 40+ wpm
• Ability to support all aspects of the 12-steps. Personal experience a plus.
• Ability to work HIGHLY independently, be extremely flexible, and be very flexible. Our clients are often in distress - there is a fair amount of crisis management, rescheduling, and low-grade chaos.
• Competence with completing necessary paperwork on time, providing insurance/probation updates, meeting deadlines, and attending weekly clinical supervision meetings are required.
