Role: Legal Project Manager

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)

Term: Fulltime

Exp range: 8 to 15+ yrs

Note: Day 1 onsite to work in hybrid model 3 days per week, no remote option

Key Qualifications:

· 5+ years of relevant experience program/project management in Legal Department (Law firm or IT companies) and a strong desire to work in a similar capacity within a top-notch legal department.

· Team player with an eagerness and ability to work independently, analyze, problem-solve and take the initiative.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with both attorneys and engineers.

· Ability to multitask and juggle conflicting priorities and work well under pressure.

· Attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to identify issues that should be escalated.

· Strong computer skills; experience with contract databases, document management (e.g. confluence) and IT ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA), and fluency in the latest web and communication tools, a plus.

Description:

In this position, you will work on agreements (licenses, NDAs) and legal issues as a part of a new Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) software implementation. You will also help develop policies and procedures to streamline and maintain consistency in these engagements.

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree with excellent academic credentials or equivalent experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $43,774.52 - $146,835.88 per year
