Then this is the Job Opportunity for YOU!

We are looking for a team member to work as a Full Time Fishing Line Spooling & Shipping Associate, but with a bit of a twist! In addition to fulfilling online orders quickly & accurately, this associate would impact the customer experience by ensuring that all of the fishing reels purchased are spooled properly with the main line of their choice.

Main Responsibility:

• Spooling fishing reels (spinning & baitcasting) with braided line using specialized equipment. *Knot tying experience required.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist with fulfillment of orders to be shipped
• Packaging of lures and lure orders
• Assist with preparing shipping labels for packages
• Check in and account for incoming shipments
• Any and all other duties as assigned

Location & Hours:

• This position is located in Winter Haven, FL.
• The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Pay:

• Hourly Position & Competitive Pay
