Full Time - Day Shift

Wages starting at $23.06 per hour, paid weekly. Higher starting pay may be available for experienced candidates.

Mitchell Crushed Stone is an open-pit limestone mine/quarry seeking a Fuel Truck Operator for our operation located in Mitchell, IN .

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for:

• Performing daily pre-and post- inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Fueling, greasing, and servicing all mobile equipment as well as fixed plant equipment.
• Ability to perform general laborer and clean-up duties on the ground and in the plant as needed/directed.
• Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
• Effective communication skills applicable to position.
• Properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.

Qualifications

• Dedication to safe work practices.
• Previous experience operating both articulated and rigid frame haul trucks preferred.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
• Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours as needed by management.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.
