As a Flour Shoppe Crew member you will have the responsibility of bringing our mission to our customers & your coworkers. We are two locations now, but are working hard to expand within the coming years and are looking for candidates who are passionate and are interested in growing with us!

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working as a team to succeed throughout the day
• Gaining a thorough knowledge of our products & ensuring quality of products
• Being Tech Savvy enough to use or POS, App & scheduling platform
• Create a warm & welcoming environment for our customers. Have empathy for customer's needs & concerns.
• Professionalism: Showing up on time, with your uniform and ready to go for the day!

HOURS & BENEFITS:

• You're schedule will be assigned by the store manager. This position has availability for part-time & full-time employees!

• Regular Store Hours are 8am-4pm Every Day

Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
