Central Storage & Warehouse (CSW) is a family-owned provider of temperature-controlled warehouse services in Wisconsin. We are currently seeking a 3rd shift Customer Service Representative for our distribution center with starting hourly pay of up to $16 - $18/hr plus fully paid employee health & dental insurance.

The hours of this role will be 9:00/9:30 pm Monday - 5:30/6:00 am Saturday.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all administrative tasks of a shipping & receiving office, such as: print bills of lading & process system updates
• Check-in & check-out drivers who are delivering or picking up freight
• Answer phones & emails in a prompt and courteous manner
• Verify & process shipping documents with 100% accuracy
• Keep doors, dock & yard status updated
• Communicate problems, concerns & ideas to management; assist in finding solutions
• Special assignments or other roles as assigned

Requirements:

• HS diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years customer service experience in fast paced environment
• Shipping & Receiving administrative experience a plus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong computer experience with ability to learn new programs
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve work-related issues
• Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions & minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
