Job Summary
Our jobs aren’t just about providing guests with a smooth check in and check out. As sometimes the first and last point of contact with the salon, our Guest Experience Experts have the responsibility to provide guests with a beautiful and memorable experience. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. Whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing the highlights of the local area, the Guest Experience Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

Schedule- Thursday Friday 1:30-6:30pm /Saturday 11am-5:30pm /Sunday 9:30-5:30pm must be available to work all shifts. Must be ready to start immediately

Role and Responsibility
The Guest Experience Expert performs daily salon operations in order to ensure guest satisfaction in the salon. They will serve as part of the team of Guest Experience Experts and must possess a thorough knowledge of all company policies, procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities include:

• Effective communication with Management, salon guests and all team members
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Attend work timely and consistently, including attending mandatory team meetings and other meetings required by Management
• Maintain confidentiality with all information
• Inform Management of necessary salon equipment repairs in a timely manner
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all pos/booking software and equipment
• Act as a liaison between the customer and service provider to ensure services are performed in a timely manner.
• Provide estimated wait times when possible
• Provide assistance with Customer Service challenges and concerns
• Positive, friendly, upbeat and personable with a professional appearance at all times
• Schedule and confirm service reservations via phone and email
• Manage all incoming calls and maintain a tidy area
• Inform guests of current promotions and provides knowledgeable, professional product recommendations
• Handles sales, refunds and exchanges courteously by ensuring that the correct price, tax and/or discounts are applied correctly
• Adhere to all company customer service policies

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service role
• Strong math and sales skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule
• Calendar Management/Appointment setting
• Excellent communication abilities (verbal & written) and strong organization skills
