Position Description:

Break into the Healthcare Field with your customer service skills.

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the initial contact for our busy Orthopaedic office creating the welcoming atmosphere our patients deserve. The ideal candidate will be friendly, and professional. Full training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet, check in and out patients.

Assure all information is accurately received and entered into our system.

Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent

1- 2+ years' experience as a medical receptionist in a Physician Office, preferred not required.

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written

Excellent time management and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented and a team-player

Possess a positive attitude, self-starter with good customer service focus

Ability to multi-task and solve problems

Ability to learn our medical software, experience using Allscripts PM and Excribe EHR system a plus.

Excellent attendance

Bilingual (English/Spanish or Creole) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
