Job description

Excellent job opportunity as Front Desk Receptionist in a Salt Lake City medical specialty office. This position requires you to answer incoming phone calls, schedule new appointments and procedures, check in patients, make sure all paperwork is correct, collect all insurance information along with any copay and past due balances that a patient might have, reschedule appointments and place confirmation phone calls. This individual must like to help other people, have an outgoing personality, and must be able to communicate well with others. This is a fast-paced office and being able to multi-task is important as well as the ability to handle difficult situations when they arise. Applicant needs to be a team player with other departments and employees. Individual must be dependable and have good work ethics. Six months in a medical/dental office environment is preferred and must always abide by HIPAA regulations.

Work week is Mon-Thurs 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Job Type: Full-time and Part-Time available
