Goodwill TalentBridge, in partnership with our client, a nonprofit healthcare clinic, is recruiting for a Front Desk Receptionist for their clinic location in Waukesha.

This is an entry level, temporary employment opportunity, with Monday-Friday hours ranging from 8:45am-7:15pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES including, but not limited to, the following:

• Greet patients, answer phones, refer calls, make appointments
• Prepare and assemble charts, checking for completeness, errors, signature, and appropriate assembly
• Maintain patient records

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have excellent customer service skills and be committed to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Ability to relate to diverse communities and be sensitive to cultural and ethnic differences among staff and patients
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Must have experience with basic computer and phone skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to read and implement written instructions
• Maintain highest levels of confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• All employees (and contractors) must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 prior to start
• Customer service/administrative skills required, experience in clinical setting desired

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
