Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description: The Front Desk Receptionist handles inbound calls and directs them to the appropriate person or department. Along with answering incoming phone calls, the Front Desk Receptionist is responsibe for greeting customers and assisting with administrative tasks.
The Front Desk Receptionist must possess a cheerful and enthusiastic disposition and the ability to speak articulately. This is a fast paced position and requires a strong work ethic with the ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities:
- Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls with the goal of providing an exceptional client experience.
- Quickly direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
- Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
