Fast-paced, goal-driven, team-orientated privately owned dental practice seeks motivated and friendly person to join their front office, full-time. We are a high-energy and active dental practice that strives to provide unsurpassed and unique care where our patients are treated like part of our family.

Must work well with others and enjoy providing exceptional care and top-notch service to our patients.

This position represents the practice in all facets of patient services and is the first line of communication and impression for the team.

Responsibilities include:

· Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the practice with a bright and cheerful smile.

· Answer telephone and route calls as needed.

· Respond to emails.

· Handle general inquiries.

· Checking-in patients/Checking-out patients.

· Gather accurate information from patients, updating as needed.

· Scheduling of appointments.

· Arrange patient charts for the next day.

· Manage short call list to fill appointments as needed.

· Prepare and send out new patient welcome letters, referrals, and follow-up correspondence from the Dr. to other offices.

· Contact unscheduled patients for recare appointments.

· Present and discuss treatment with patients.

· Follow-up with record/additional information requests.

· Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Required skills include:

· Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner; take positive and negative feedback—offer suggestions to improve flow proficiency.

· Comfortable working in a busy environment.

· Be a quick learner.

· Possess proof-reading skills.

· Knowledge of proper letter structure, grammar, and correct use of punctuation.

· Skilled use of standard office equipment including telephones, calculators, copier, fax machines, and computers.

· Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) are required.

· Knowledge of Medical/Dental Terminology strongly preferred.

The ideal person will have a minimum of 1-year of dental or medical experience.

Salary depends on qualifications but ranges from $12 - $17
