JOIN OUR TEAM TODAY AS A TOWER FOREMAN. We’re looking for a team-oriented leader who has the ability to manage a variety of skill levels and personalities in a professional manner, and who is experienced with construction/modification/installation/maintenance of cellular towers. Crews are based out of Fort Morgan, Colorado and typically work Monday through Friday. Candidates must live within a reasonable daily commute from Fort Morgan.

What you’ll do:

Run a self-sufficient and efficient crew to perform equipment modification, installation, and upgrades to existing towers

Climb towers up to 450 feet to work with crew members, including mentoring and training green hands

Assume responsibility for quality, quantity, and safety of work being performed on site

Perform other duties as assigned

How do you know if you are qualified:

• You have at least 3 years of telecommunications tower experience
• You’re able to climb and work at heights up to 450 feet
• You are at least 21 years old, plus have a high school diploma or equivalent
• You possess strong organizational, motivational, leadership and time management skills
• You can work outside in all elements, including extreme temperatures, rain, snow and wind
• You have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history for at least the past 3 to 5 years
• You can travel outside of the area for work during the week
• You have necessary knowledge of tools and hardware applicable to the job
• You ideally have previous or current supervisory/people management experience
• You are able to pass pre-employment checks, including drug screen, criminal background, and MVR.
