IKEA Charlotte is looking for a Food Service Team Member to join their team! This is a part- time (20-34 hours), benefits eligible, position!

This position starts at $16.20/hr and weekend availability is required

Daily Responsibilities include:

• Leads and provides coaching to coworkers to provide a consistent customer experience in all areas of IKEA
• Ensures customer service associates have the knowledge and empowerment to make decisions that creates a great customer experience
• Understands and recognizes associate's contribution through customer feedback surveys and team recognition
• Assists the Customer Service Manager in the development of solutions based on customer issues, concerns, and suggestions

Previous Experience:

• 1 year of experience in a high-volume customer facing environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.20 - $25.40 per hour
