Restaurant Waitress/Waiter and Host/Hostess

The server and host positions at Bambinelli's are fast paced jobs that require high energy people who can multitask and above all enjoy working with people. Our servers and hosts are the face of our team; therefore, applicants must be happy, friendly, efficient, and be willing to go above and beyond to make our guest's experience exceptional every time.

o Teamwork and communication are a must for this and all positions at Bambinelli's.

o Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required. We are willing to train individuals, who want to learn, in food service and customer service.

o Applicants must be 18 years or older and be eligible to get a city or county liquor license.

Responsibilities:

• These positions require the management of a section of 5+ tables at a time, quick turn around and cleaning of tables, multitasking, maintenance of a great attitude and friendly personality at all times, cleaning, and organizing.
• Greet all customers.
• Learn table numbers and seat guest properly.
• Guarantee that we fulfill each order correctly and efficiently for overall customer satisfaction.
• Build Guest Loyalty through order accuracy and on time delivery.
• Be knowledgeable of menu and food items. Helping guide customers through our menu, while being able to make suggestions and sell.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation/area.
• Be a team player.
