Melbas Poboys in New Orleans, LA is looking for one foh supervisor to join our 50 person strong team. We are located on 1525 Elysian Fields Ave. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities

*Ensure customer satisfaction while performing duties *Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up *Proactively assist fellow staff members *Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service *Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met

Qualifications

*Ability to listen and communicate effectively *Excellent customer service skills *Strong organizational and time management skills *Previous experience in a management role
