Responsibilities -

• Be the face of the spa and provide excellent customer service for float guests.
• Follow opening/mid/closing shift duties.
• Answer phone calls and emails.
• Conduct a small guided tour.
• Setup and start pods.
• Check clients in & out, including taking payment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the spa; including front desk, oasis room, intro video room, prep room, bathrooms, pods, spa suites and back room.
• Maintain laundry.
• Speak to guests, get to know them. Why are they here??
• Offer membership and package options if they love floating!

Compensation -

Base Salary dependent on experience.

Range is between $12.00/hr - $15.00/hr for base pay

PLUS commission, bonuses and tips!!!

$1 bump up raise after converting 20% of new guests into members two months in a row (one time offer, but other opportunities TBD).
