Providence Point in Scott Township, Pittsburgh's premier retirement community, is seeking a Full Time Fine Dining Cook with an Associate Culinary Degree andat least 3 years of experience. Located in Scott Township (15243) near Bower Hill Road and I-79, PAT 41A bus stop at our property entrance and free parking!

We are a chef-driven fine dining venue featuring an upscale dining environment with a consistent, predictable work schedule and a reasonable workload. The shift will be 11:00am- 7:30pm, Monday through Friday with every other weekend coverage (weekend pay differential). The pay is based upon experience.

Use your talent and creativity to plan fine dining menus and work collaboratively with the executive chef to provide an upscale dining experience and special events. He/she ensures food is fresh, of high quality and prepared under sanitary conditions with safe food handling practices. He/she may be required to serve food to residents and other customers.

LIMITED TIME -- FREE EMPLOYEE MEDICAL COVERAGE through June of 2023 for new hires. As well as, any full-time or part-time new hire is eligible for a PTO bonus of an extra 24 hours for full-time and 12 hours for part-time after 6 months of employment.

The shifts is 11:00 am. - 7:30 p.m. Shift differential in place as well as tuition forgiveness for culinary school loans.

Pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal background check are required.
