The Financial Account Relationship Manager (FARM) acts as a representative of the company in promoting our Finance Services Platform and in supporting our Sales initiatives with the Customers, Credit, Collections and Cash Applications initiatives set forth by Philips. The FARM, partner’s with Leasing Team, Customers and the Philips S&RC Sales Organization to meet a forecasted set of goals and objectives
You are responsible for
- Establish relationships with the Financial Solution Specialist and their Customers to serve as their advocate with all aspects of the finance processing functions and with our external third party financing partners
- Identify Customers who utilize the finance platform to structure an optimal process that will meet the Customer’s needs, assist in keeping them from becoming past due and reduce the occurrence of order holds.
- Send out communications and statements to leasing Customers to identify opportunities to assist our customers with cash flow assistance with our value added finance offerings
- Evaluate for approved finance program
- Work with Leasing Operations in other aspects of administration
- Develop relationships with Third Party Leasing Partners to facilitate the smooth process flow of our requests.
- Act as resource for the Sales Force in providing education, training, and necessary sales support where possible.

Philips Capital S&RC Financial Services and this role will be based in Pittsburgh PA.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- Associates Degree required in Business Administration, Finance, or Sales and
- Marketing or equivalent years of relevant work experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of related experience. (Familiarity with a CRM systems a plus)
- 3+ years of experience working with SAP
- Expertise working within the full MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project with the ability to generate sales forecast
- Strong Customer facing skills and ability to anticipate needs.
- General finance skills
- Ability to build alliances with both external and internal Customers
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation, as well as analytical skills.
- Team orientation and ability to work within a group towards a mutual goal and Lead when possible.
- Self-responsibility and be a self-starter in developing opportunities and leads. Ability to work independently
- Creativity with the ability to drive it to implementation and solutions.
- Have a history of obtaining or surpassing set goals with a competitive mind set
