Due to our rapid growth, Rod Hatfield has an immediate need for experienced Finance Managers. Rod Hatfield in central kentucky is looking for self-motivated, hardworking people to join our winning team.

Job Description:

• Determine the desire/need for financing and helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases.
• Present customers with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Structure deals for maximum profitability and collect-ability.
• Maintain proficiency with title laws and registration process.
• Maintain impeccable reputation with lenders.
• Submit deals to lender for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals, while making sure they are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals.
• Maintain our dealership reputation by building and maintaining customer rapport, answering questions, provide information, resolving discrepancies, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail
• Ensure the quick funding of all contracts.
• Strong commitment to becoming an Auto Finance expert and gain in-depth knowledge of lending programs
• Complete quotes and explain financing options
• Work with service advisors when they turn over a customer for warranty information.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in Automotive Finance office, working with customers and providing an exceptional experience.
• Excellent track record of proven performance.
• Team player with excellent leadership skills and attention to detail.
• Strong computer software skills and internet proficiency.
• Excellent verbal/written communication.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic with a great attitude and adherence to a strong code of personal ethics.
• Steady work history, and valid driver’s license.

Salary: Up to $275,000.00 per year
