FP&A Manager

A growing, global organization is seeking an FP&A Manager who will serve as a business partner for one of their divisions. This is an individual contributor role and they are seeking someone who can being a strong influence on business decisions. This will require 3 days onsite in Princeton, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial guidance and support with the annual operating budget, the long-term strategic business plan, and periodic forecasting processes
• Partner with commercial and global operational leaders to achieve the divisional and enterprise financial targets
• Communicate results and recommendations to senior and executive management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and more effective operations.
• Produce and maintain business case models to project long term profitable growth and determine the leading business drivers for achievement
• Direct and develop the use of Power BI dashboards to improve cycle time and transparency of revenue, cost and profitability trends
• Oversee and contribute to the preparation of periodical reporting packages, including financial & operating reviews, market analysis and benchmarking.
• Manage and lead the activities of financial analysts and process partner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
