Responsibilities
- Direct Supervision and Coaching of FSPs.
- Training of new FSPs on our procedures and standards.
- Lead team in expediently resolving customer issues with the customer’s best interest in mind so as to maintain or even improve that customer’s loyalty.
- Perform audits to monitor team's adherence to our standards and procedures.
- Ensure standard equipment maintenance items are completed on schedule.
- College Education - Associates or higher.
- Minimum of three years of experience in performing supervisory responsibilities.
- Three or more years of experience in lawn care or related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required with good driving record meeting insurability standards.
- Ability to obtain a SC and GA commercial pesticide license within 12 months.
- 2 Weeks paid vacation, 10 paid holidays
- 401k with 4% company match
- Full-Time, Year-round Position
- Monday-Friday/Limited Saturday schedule
