Field Support Operations Coordinator
The Field Support Operations Coordinator provides administrative support for the Director of Projects & Performance Management, ensures that the workflow and vendor relationships are managed according to the needs of project-based work, and supports the goals, objectives, mission, and vision of Team Housing Solutions.
2.1 Essential Position Functions
· Liaise with Basecamp Managers/Directors to assist them however needed from HQ
· Write Standard Operating Procedures for THS Basecamp replication
· Create and update maps and floorplans through Google Earth
· Conduct Basecamp walk-throughs for maintenance checks
· Schedule vendors for miscellaneous and emergency maintenance needs
· Monitor Basecamp work order trackers and provide escalation support
· Research property information via county website, realtor companies, and other sources
· Assist with the project planning of larger Basecamp-type projects
· Assist with risk mitigation efforts
· Assist with supplies purchases for theBasecamps
· Recommend contingency plans
· Assist with Basecamp turnover
· Follow up with the client to ensure a satisfactory resolution to work order requests or concerns

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
