A Pharmaceutical Equipment Distributor has an immediate position available for an hands-on mechanically savvy individual for its Technical Service Department. The position is based out of our South Easton, MA office with extensive travel to customer sites throughout the United States and Canada.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot, calibrate, maintain, and upgrade state-of-the-art pharmaceutical equipment
• Assist with equipment setup and customer trials
• Provide technical support and training to press operators and customer maintenance personnel.
• Preparation of upgrade and new equipment documentation.
• Domestic travel required, some international, possibly short notice.
• Factory training will be provided.

Required Background / Experience :

• Willingness to travel, in the range of 75%, possibly short notice.
• High degree of mechanical aptitude. Excellent hands-on mechanical skills

• Interest in a technical, fast-paced, hands-on working environment
• Education and background experience preferable in a mechanical / electro-mechanical discipline
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
• Aptitude for grasping and articulating technical information
• Self-starter who can work autonomously yet is a team player

• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications
