We’re looking for a Facilities Field Manager to maintain Community Associations (HOA’s) and Vacation Rental Properties in a clean well-functioning condition, ensure that all buildings, grounds, landscaping, snow removal, pools and spas, and janitorial functions are tended to in a proactive manner, perform and supervise staff in performing maintenance and repairs, and complete administrative duties as needed.

Some of the responsibilities of this position are to:

  • Supervise a team of 10 facilities workers and work closely with GPM Community Association Managers and other departments
  • Work with project manager and coordinate facilities projects
  • Be responsible for Community Association contracts as related to all facilities
  • Manage contractors and employees in all building trades
  • Recommend policies and procedures for facilities operations
  • Train and develop facilities field staff
  • Prepare reports for quarterly Board of Directors meetings and attend meetings as needed
  • Ensure compliance of current standards
  • Oversee asset management of GPM equipment and other property
  • Send correspondence to individual homeowners regarding needed repairs
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, ensure adherence to GPM policies
  • Confer and cooperate with other department heads to ensure coordination of daily, weekly, and monthly activities
  • Meet with CAM Project Manager to update individual HOA’s Reserve Replacement Studies
  • Use multiple work order software programs for the different company operations
  • Identify non-routine projects and seek approvals
  • Enroll in continuing education to further skill set

This position requires physical presence in the office and at worksites around the Tahoe area, so cannot be worked remotely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $73,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
