Intellia is searching for a Facilities Technician to join our growing organization! In this role, you will work within the operations department, including our outsourced partners and vendors, to execute and deliver in a service focused, multi-building campus. You will participate in responding to facilities issues in a 24/7 setting. You will work in a cross-functional environment that supports all of operations including Shipping and Receiving, Lab support, EH&S, Office support, and Security.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with all departments to document and deliver safety policies

• Support vendors onsite and develop relationships

• Participate in the 24 hour call rotation

• Knowledge of HVAC is desirable.

• Mechanical Ability, use of tools, ladders, etc.

• Patch and paint experience desired

• Knowledge of and ability to learn, multiple Building Management Systems (currently Delta entitWEB, JCI Metasys, and Siemens Apogee)

• Be a pro-active member of the Ops Team, identifying issues and helping to remedy them

• Perform all tasks within OSHA guidelines

• Conduct routine tours of the campus noting discrepancies for correction

• Lifelong learner

You will report directly to the Director of Operations, in the Operations department. The Operations Department is a dedicated team of 14 individuals that work cross-functionally within Intellia to ensure the best scalable solutions are provided to our organization.
