Experienced Sales Manager
USPAY, headquartered in Melville, NY, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to assist in overseeing and managing the day-to-day functions of a successful and growing inside sales team.
Industry knowledge is NOT required.
The candidate must have experience managing a sales team in a fast-paced environment. This is a perfect position for a natural leader and motivator whose passion for sales is matched by their innate desire to lead and ensure the team achieves goals.
Responsibilities include leading the day-to-day success of a team of inside sales reps. You will work closely with sales leadership to learn the industry and our proven sales techniques. You will also be responsible to review the day-to-day productivity of each team member, ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales are achieved.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 5+ years of experience in sales and sales management
- Be analytical and data-driven; have the ability to analyze what works and what doesn't, take action based upon data
- Be an effective communicator (written and verbal)
- Have experience managing a CRM
- Be highly adaptable and excited to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Possess critical thinking and creative problem solving skills
Compensation: salary plus commission, commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
