We have a unique deli and grocery in the marketplace that is old-school New Orleans. We are a throwback to the neighborhood grocery and deli that dotted the neighborhoods of New Orleans in the early 1900's.

We make people happy with our food, therefore we need people that are happy and positive. This is part of our essence of our business.

You will need some skills;

• slicing specialty meats and cheeses
• aptitude to make and build our specialty sandwiches
• speed and urgency of a fast line
• food safety
• set up and breakdown

Your experience matters;

• deli operations and experience
• working knowledge of Italian meats and cheeses
• knowledge of Italian imported wines
• basic coffee knowledge
• working as a team member

A few must haves;

• Reliable and dependable transportation
• Active Driver license
• Weekday and weekend availability
• positive outlook on life
• willing to learn new things

A few don't need;

• past restaurant kitchen experience
• servers
• bartenders
• job hoppers

• deli: 1 year (Preferred)
